Disneyland Railroad Tomorrowland Station

The Disneyland Railroad, a Disneyland Original has always been a part of the plans since the idea first popped into Walts Head. When it opened, the Santa Fe railroad co sponsored it. This ride takes you New Orleans Square, Mickey's Toontown, Tomarrowland, and Main Street USA. The trains come into the station every ten to fifteen min. and is a great way to relax. Keep an eye out for the cabose one your next visit, usually that means there is a VIP in the park.

Guide to the Disneyland Railroad


The Disneyland Railroad is a quiet railroad that travels around the perimeter of the original park. There is almost never a long line for it but since guests have the choice of what station to get off at some trains may only lose a few guests while other stations will lose a lot of guests. At night New Orleans Square and Main Street are big draining points for the train and are big filling points during the day so watch out for that. The Tomorrowland Station to Main Street Station is the only part of the railroad stretch that includes audio anamatronics. Guests during this part are taken to the Grand Canyon and into the time of the Dinosaurs. If you are tired and need a rest on your legs go ahead and do the entire Grand Circle Tour of the park, it will get you in a good mood and give your body a rest.
